Singer-songwriter with jazz at heart and influences ranging from pop and Latin to groove. Based between Paris and Charente-Maritime, Georgie Brown writes and composes her own music, bringing soulful storytelling and a contemporary edge to her sound.
From her first ballet lessons to joining a professional jazz band at 13, releasing her debut album My Gramps Was a Jazzman and arranging the music for and performing the Symphonic Jazz show in 2026, Georgie’s musical journey has taken her through many different styles, stages and experiences — all shaping the artist she is today.

Released in 2023, My Gramps Was a Jazzman is Georgie Brown’s debut album, dedicated to her grandfather “Gramps”. The ten original compositions explore swing jazz, ballads and bossa nova, weaving together stories of family, love, friendship and the joys of being British-French.
Recorded with Georgie’s quartet and guest musicians including award-winning saxophonist Géraldine Laurent, the album moves between English, French and Spanish, reflecting Georgie’s multicultural identity and musical influences.
A personal tribute to her grandfather and a celebration of finding her own voice, My Gramps Was a Jazzman brings together heartfelt storytelling, playful moments and a love of jazz.
